Things customers ask us.

Can we buy just one product? +

Yes. Each product stands on its own and solves a complete stage of the building lifecycle. The suite is the advantage when you run more than one — but it is never a requirement.

Where does the software run? +

All four products are built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and deploy into your own Microsoft tenant. Your data stays within your tenant boundary and security model.

Do we need an existing Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 tenant? +

A Microsoft tenant is required, since the products extend the Microsoft Cloud. If you don't have one yet, our Dynamics 365 and Modern Work services can set that up first.

How do the products connect to each other? +

They share a single Dataverse data model. A design brief, a construction project, an operating building and a portfolio asset are the same underlying records — so information moves between stages with no re-entry.

How is it licensed and priced? +
